WHAT IS KIDDEEPASS

What is KIDDEEPASS?

KIDDEEPASS is a membership for kids activities that grants you access to hundreds of different classes and activities at various kids activity venues, museums, zoos, and more!

Where is KIDDEEPASS available?

KIDDEEPASS is currently offered throughout Bangkok and nearby areas. We will add other provinces in the near future. Please check back regularly.

What types of activities are on KIDDEEPASS ?

KIDDEEPASS offers a range of activities to match your child’s interests, skills, and development, from music classes and museum visits to swimming lessons and play spaces.

Is there an age limit?

The activities included in KIDDEEPASS are targeted towards ages 0 – 10. But there are many activities that the whole family can join whatever ages they are such as Museum, Events, Play spaces even an Aquarium.

When does my KIDDEEPASS membership start?

KIDDEEPASS membership activates on purchase. It’s a monthly subscription membership and as such, will renew each month on the same day of the month that you signed up. This credits will allow you to book activities at discount up to 50% off* but if you prefer to book single activiy you can do with a la cart price (in Thai baht unit) and will received 5 -10% discount from retail price.

What if I don’t use all my activity credits during the month?

Unused credits will automatically rollover to the next month and can be used for up to 90 days. (total credit expiration is 120 days)

What if I want to change to a different membership plan?

Simply go to Manage Subscription under the “Me” tab in the menu and click ‘cancel subscription’ then select add credit to choose your new package. The change will take place at the beginning of next cycle with your remaining credits combining with the new credits from your changed package. Downgrades will go into effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle as well. There are no penalties for downgrading or cancelling your membership.

What is included in the Value plan?

The Value plan is the most valuable plan we offer. It gives you 25 credits per month and is suitable for a family with more than 1 child or a child who wants to participate in more than 5 activities per month.

BOOKING ACTIVITIES

How do I book an activity?

Booking an activity is easy! Just sign into the application and click on the Activity section. You can search for activities by location and type of activity.

What is included in my activity booking?

One ticket is included with your reservation. You can specify when booking if you want to bring an additional kid for additional credits. Special items required for certain activities, such as socks, equipments, or swimming trunks are not included. Please read special instructions carefully before make a booking to avoid any additional purchase for these items when arriving at the activity site.

What if I need to cancel an activity?

Most activities can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the activity starts. If the activity has a different cancellation policy than this, it will be noted in the activity description. Some activities cannot be canceled please read conditions carefully before make any booking. You can cancel your booking directly from your KIDDEEPASS application. Just go to My Package and edit the activity you wish to cancel.

How far in advance can I book an activity?

You can book activities up to two weeks in advance.

How many credits does an activity cost?

The activities available at KIDDEEPASS require credits between 1 and 20 credits, as more expensive activities require more credits. Some camp activities require more than 20 credits.

What’s the deadline for booking an activity?

Booking deadlines vary between activities but generally, KIDDEEPASS activities should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Certain activities, usually passes to play spaces, can be booked within the hour before you arrive.

What happens if my child misses a class?

We understand that plans change. For activities with a standard cancellation policy, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the activity starts. For activities with a strict cancellation policy, you cannot cancel after your booking is confirmed, so be sure to check the cancellation policy before booking an activity. If you miss an activity without canceling, there will be no credits refunded.

Can my significant other/caregiver/parent use the credits in my account?

Yes, definitely! KIDDEEPASS allows you to add up to 6 names for booking any classes.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime via your account page simply go to manage subscription under 'Me' tab and click cancel subscription. The remaining credits can be used until expiry date with no recurring billing. Please cancel monthly subscription before your next billing date.
